Refund policy

At MYAUREM, we hand-decant genuine designer and niche fragrances from the original manufacturer’s bottles. Every sample is 100% authentic and prepared with care.

Because of the hygienic nature of fragrance samples, we can only accept returns for unopened items within five (5) days of delivery. “Unopened” means the protective seal or outer packaging has not been broken.
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used samples, even if you are not satisfied with the scent.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email support@myaurem.com within five (5) days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a brief description. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund for the affected items.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
